Bush has the Republican Party in such a mess that it cannot survive without another 9/11. Whether authentic or orchestrated, an attack will activate Bush's new executive orders, which create a dictatorial police state in event of “national emergency.”  
 
The UK government is hand-in-glove with the Bush administration and will provide cover or verification for whatever claim the Bush administration advances. So will the right-wing governments in Canada and Australia. That takes care of the English-speaking world from which contrary explanations might reach the American people.  
 
It is possible that Bush is now too weak, that suspicion is too great, and that there is too much internal resistance in the federal bureaucracy and military for any such scenario. If so, then my prediction  <http://www.vdare.com/roberts/last_hurrah.htm>prior to the invasion that the US invasion of Iraq will destroy Bush, the Republican Party, and the conservative movement will be proven true. The Democrats' strategy of doing nothing except making sure Bush gets his way will produce the landslide that they expect.  
However, this assumes that Cheney, Rove, and their neoconservative allies have lost their cunning and their manipulative skills. It is difficult to imagine a more dangerous assumption for Democrats and the American people to make.  
 
Once the US experiences new attacks, Bush will be vindicated. His voice will be confident as he speaks to the nation:  
 
“My administration knew that there would be more attacks from these terrorists who hate us and our way of life and are determined to destroy every one of us. If only more of you had believed me and supported my war on terror these new attacks would not have happened. Our security efforts were impaired by the Democrats' determined attempts to surrender to the terrorists by forcing our withdrawal from Iraq and by civil libertarian assaults on our necessary security measures. If only more Americans had trusted their government, this would not have happened.”

Surge is working.... Surge failed..... tamed sheep argue in web site. The inside group is happy. They push out a general to flame the debate to make it a soap play.  
 
The fact is: the surge is for Iran war. Bush needs more troops for the war so they invent a "surge". That's what you saw in follow stage:  
 
1. When Democrates who newly controlled the House and said they would fight against Bush's Iraq war policy suddenly surrendered in May and released the Iraq war fund to Bush. The Inside group has made up their mind to start war on Iran. The politicians follow up the order.  
 
2. The troops were increased in Iraq the following month. It was planned to be used for Iran war but the surge is in the name to surpress the insurgence in Iraq.  
 
3. When the troops was ready, there was a three months plan for the war. (July to September)  
 
(1) Bush needs an excusee to attack Iran. A massive terror attack will justify it.  
 
(2) The terror attack is likely a dirty bomb attack or a real nuclear bomb attack. To justify the source of nuclear material, they had a secret deal with Russia. Russian leader Putin was invited to Bush's private ranch in Main in early July. After that, Russian escalates its cold war action by sending its strategy bombers to Guan and England. It's an operation to cover up the secret collaberation of two countries.  
 
(3) The terror attack was planned in early September. That's why we saw terror case in Germany and Bin Laden released his tape at that time. We also knew the inside group planned to make a fortune in stock market on that terror attack .  
 
4. When that plan seems go soured, they let out a general to prolong the stay of US troops in Iraq. The Inside group still prepare for another new plan.  
 
It's a pitty to see the tame sheep busy to debate on surge - a fake issue.

In October plot last year, seven cities were targets.  
On 10/9/06, North Korea had a nuclear test. (Manipulate N.Korea through China to push for a nuclear panic and justify the source of nuclear material used in dirty bomb.)
On 10/11, Lidle's small plane crashed to a sky-rise in New York. (To justify the terror attack method, that small plane's action is out of control.)
On 10/12, a warning of dirty bomb attack was posted in internet which claimed seven NFL football stadiums will be hit with radiological "dirty bombs".
 
Homeland Security Department said the threat was being viewed "with strong skepticism". The FBI also expressed doubt about the threat.  
 
However in August plot this year, there is a strange coincidence that a news said Al Qaida targets at seven US cities. This time there was no doubt expressed.

Obviously Feds has 7 US cities as their most wanted. Then why there were only six nuclear missiles prepared in this operation? Because a B-52 can only hang 6 missiles in each of its wing. One wing must hang un-nuclear missiles to justify a security check has been done. So six was their utmost.

Which are the most wanted cities of Feds? Two in October plot 2006 were Oakland and Houston. One of my sister (I think she is a murder target of the Feds) lives in Oakland. In August 2007 plot, Feds prepared a shut down of Bay Bridge (which connects Oakland and San Francisco). I think they planned a tunnel bombing for my sister so Oakland could exempt from a nuclear attack last month. Houston is a city one of my cousin lives. (Is my cousin a target too?) I'm sure it's a target because in Katrina case, Houston was the predicted landing spot of Hurricane Rita. And the Hurricane landing day was September 24, the action day of the plot.  
 
The other two cities would be Washington DC and Boston, I think. The White House was said one target of the four planes in 9/11/2001. Only that plane crashed in mid-way. But to justify a war on Iran, to destroy Capital is a necessity. Boston has been in hit list in several terror case. In 1/20/2005, there was a Boston dirty bomb case. In late January 2007, there was an ad scare case in Boston. The ad box which could turn into bombing box appeared in 10 US cities. All planned by Feds, I allege.
