What does it moving records from paper to electonic so doctor's don't kill you have to do with privacy?

The federal government will keep all of this information in a centralized database. That is part of why Obama is asking for the 15 billion now.

Once they have all of your records in a database they can do whatever they want with this information. Do you get it now? Wink

Well, I haven't read any document that the idea was to have the Fed have a central database for it, only that he was going to mandate it and possibly give the hospitals some money to do it.

No I don't think the Fed should have access to medical records as they don't have legal access to it now. By law the fed COULNDT have access to it.

Yeah. Just like by law they are supposed to pay their taxes and by law they cannot set punative taxes targeted to a specific group of taxpayers.

Dems do not respect the rule of law so what makes you think they will start now. Wink
