It just depends on what needs to be done, I'm not a coder but I do need to crawl and/or hack code at times. you can't beat grep, sed, awk and find

so scripting isn't code?

so Q/A and testing doesn't require crawling and hacking code?

I take it you've never worked in a Dev environment
