Well as the weather breaks and more people are getting out and about why not take full advantage and keep track of your diet as well? Post your meals here.  So what are you eating today? Do you plan your meals in advance?

So far I've had a half a cup of steel cut oats. Today is going to be another day without meat for me. So veggies and more veggies for dinner perhaps some beans and rice as well.

I'm getting better at  planning out meals. So far 6 days without meat . I think I'll add some in tomorrow. Tonight though wheat pasta, broccoli and mixed vegetables.

I cant believe how much I love oatmeal now! Steel cut oats only here I like to put my handful of nuts (Dr. Oz says is good for you a day) in there  with dried fruit mostly raisins or this dried cherry blend the have at Sams  but when I have some on hand fresh fruit yum! I had apples and walnuts in it today with  a little brown sugar and cinnamon.

Ive been making an effort to cut down on my meat intake . Here's a great alternative baco burgers. This is red potatoes, onion, green, red, and yellow bell peppers, and broccoli cooked in coconut oil with a baco burger mixed in. It was delicious.

Had my usual breakfast smoothie (banana, yogurt, soymilk and some fruit). Think I'm going to make an Italian sweet sausage soup for dinner - the Farmer's Market is on campus today, so I can get some awesome fresh veggies for it.

We've also been making lots of pizza lately - make the dough with the bread machine (whole wheat pizza dough is really awesome), and then top it with whatever we have.

I do get called a bitch quite often. What I do NOT get called is pushover, stupid, or doormat. Works for me.

Are you using coconut oil or milk? It's really high in saturated fat. Dr. Oz would have a problem with that...obviously in moderation.
