That's not true at all.  That's a very poor hermeneutic and a terrible starting point.

Consider the following questions that I may intend to answer:

1)  How long should I boil an egg?
2)  What is the capital of Mauritania?
3)  How should we deal with cyclic poverty?

Bringing our own agendas to Scripture is wrong.  We should approach Scripture with the question:  What is God saying to us?  That is a good starting point.

I asked the questions I wanted answered. If you want to learn how to boil an egg from the Bible, have at it. Any study on end time Bible prophecy should ask the questions I have asked, or some version of the same. If they don't, I'm not the least bit interested in that study. If you just want to talk about things that have no relation to end time study, there are a multitude of topics, then I would agree with you.

God speaks differently to each individual. I went where the information led me. The only agenda I have is Christianity.

No, you were trying to answer questions.  That's the point I addressed.

How did admin allow it when you just barged in here, without asking, and posted it?

We have to ask to post stuff in a forum?
Why are you being rude to this person?

I am the source. I wrote this article on July 6th. There is no link to a personal website, but I have posted it other places. It is long, but if you don't want to take five minutes out of your day, I understand. I have been asked this question a couple times. It always feels like an insult. On the other hand, I guess you need to know. I always post my own writings here. The only words that will be used without permission are Bible verses. ephraim

It's good to clear that up.  You don't need permission to use Bible verses from most translations (as long as its within a certain limit of how long the passages are that you're quoting), but the publishers like you to include which translation you're quoting.  Most here (including me) usually don't.
