All so called conspiracies are either exposed or are imaginary.
Nobody is that smart, especially the government.
There has never been a secret conspiracy by any government in all of history that was not exposed.
Roswell and "Area 51" are for black projects. Or, at least they used to be.
I suspect that they no longer serve as such because everybody wants to investigate these areas...

Yes they are "black" development sites. Not so much for the B2 stealth bomber as you just won't see it from the ground unless they want you to. Think more the F117 and other zippy type planes.

As it has been said by others here, there is a bigger likelihood that some secret military projects are going on there, so that really goes against what you just said.
