Is it fair to say you're attempting to make the comparison to the captain of the Italian cruise liner who did not go down with his ship?

I don't think you'll get any argument from anyone. The captain deserves jail time for manslaughter.

The news showed a transcript of the Coast Guard talking to the captain, telling him to get back to his ship and him refusing. Besides going to jail, his career ANYWHERE is over.
