THE MOVIE~ JOHN CARTER

It was awesome! I hope to see it again this next weekend. It is action packed, edge of your seat suspenseful and thrilling, and surpisingly the best movie I have seen in recent history.

I would have never thought I would have liked it as much as I did. I highly recommend it.

Haven't seen it. Just haven't had the opportunity. But I feel like the "box office flop" status is due to poor marketing. Like "what the heck is this movie about?"

It looks good visually, but the adverts give no info on why I should want to see it. That's where they failed.

I kid you not, this movie is awesome. It makes Star Wars  a very dull movie. This movie has an awesome great plot with great humor, adventure and intense too. You will not be disappointed if you see it and this is coming from someone who would not rate Sci-fi as a favorite type of entertainment.

If John Carter is a flop, it will not be due to the movie. It will have to be due to marketing so you are right! It has to be poor marketing because the movie is exceptional.

It's dumb and entertaining, like The Fifth Element.  A good popcorn movie.

Perhaps Sci-fi isnt your thing like it isnt my thing, but John Carter was very entertaining. You describe it as dumb, huh? It was written about a hundred years ago and it requires imagination due to it being science fiction. (I think the same author who wrote Tarzan also wrote John Carter.)

Sci-fi is certainly my thing.  John Carter was entertaining.  It is more "space opera" than sci-fi.

Ah, yes, another example of highly intelligent literature.

Well, I thought it wasnt your thing since you labeled the movie as dumb, but entertaining. That comment of yours reminded me of my son's comment about Sponge Bob. He said~ "Sponge Bob is dumb, but entertaining."

Isnt space opera within the category of sci-fi? At least that is what I thought.

Well if you found it to be a dumb movie, why so?

You didnt like Tarzan? Why are you such a downer today?
