Simmerman was bringing it to Dodge City 150 years ago.

In this case, the gun holder takes upper hand. Whatever happened, the other side was dead. A dead person could never defend for himself.

That left others have to believe what the gun holder says. It will encourage people to kill in argument becuase there are too many advantages for a killer in similar case.

But should a law help the weaker side for the justice?

What is wrong with the laws we have? How about letting this go to trial and allowing the facts to come forward rather then playing judge and jury. I suspect if you ever have an incident like this the last thing you want is for the public to try you before your day in court.

If Zimmerman is found guilty and tossed in the can,
how does that motivate others to commit similar
acts?

That won't happen. He'll quit the charge finally. You should have noticed that: 1. He remained free for six weeks. 2. he was released in a low bail. His arrest is a staged show to release the anger of the public.
