The simple facts are this: When the bill actually takes effect there will be 30-40 million additional people added to the health care system yet there will be a nominal increase in doctors and specialists. So the sheer volume will cause rationing. it is inevitable. We also know that the fine or tax or whatever the Administration is calling it today is purposefully set low so it will cheaper for companies to drop coverage and pay the fine. And we know that the bill prohibits those who have lost coverage from buying their own insurance from a private company. They have to go into the government exchange.
And of course we know the plan will cost much more than they told us.

I kept my daughter on my insurance until she was out of college and got a job with her own insurance. So what. I paid for it, you didn’t.
