Yes, you can express your opinion, and then you can try to claim you have not done so as you did in your post. See why I called you a liar whichever way you went? No one said you could not express your opinion. It was your insinuation that you had never done so.

As to the right ts redress, show me where in the Constitution one has the absolute right to redress. One has the right to "petition" for redress, not the right to the redress itself. Do you understand yet?

Then we have the definition of "people". Citizens United aside, where does the Constitution refer to "people" as a group, and not as Individuals? Granted one has the right to assemble as a group, however, that is a right allowed to Individuals, and in no way confers upon that group the status of a "people".

Now, while the Bill of Rights also grants certain rights to individuals, it also grants those same rights to society as a whole. No where is it stated otherwise in that the people have suddenly become an incorporated body. Even Article Two separates the concept of a militia from that of the people granting the right of gun ownership on both groups, that of a militia, and that of the people as a whole.

I know the concept of the Individual having more power then the Incorporated body is contrary to your view, however, it is the Constitutional view.
