I doubt it. Nobody would have wanted it leaked that nuclear options were drawn up.

at the start of the first gulf war many of us (left and right) said turn them to glass and be done with it
i can't really say if it would have cured the whole problem but it would have cured one or two
now we have obama in a private room watching drone attacks, kinda like bill watched monica

It was a big enough fight to make boots on the ground reality,
and youre talking nukes? It would have never happened.
Especially as selective we are now about targets, due
to any innocent people who may be in the area.
