Fascinating.  Are there any American Presidents that you like?  I really admire George Washington.

There are certainly some worse than others.

But to answer your question- the answer is no.

I cant support the office, nor any man who thinks he deserves to fill it.

None at all.

I am against all public provision of services and support a completely free market society.

Law, police services, money, roads, property rights and so on would all be privately produced and funded.

So the idea of authority of one man over another would be seen as anachronistic the same way slavery is today.

The homeowner, business owner or perhaps the HOA.

Law entrepreneurs.

We can turn to the evolution of customary law in pre-Norman England, or the early Irish private law.

There is even a history of private law in medieval Iceland.

For a modern example we can turn to international commercial law.

So essentially we are talking about a system of law based on private arbitration and competing judges. Judges who have no authority to mandate anything. All they can do is make a judgement.

Society can enforce these judgements through ostracism and nothing else.

There would be no legal use of violence or aggression.

The only justified use of violence in this society would be in self defense.

I realize this sounds crazy and I know that I am not doing justice to these views. If you generally want to know more about this line of thinking check out Chaos Theory by Robert Murphy. It is 70 some odd pages of analysis and argumentation about how law, police and defense would work without the state.

If you Google the title plus .pdf you can read it for free!
