If an immigrant with no previous knowledge of American culture or politics arrived in America today, from watching the news he would get the impression that:

Abortions are the primary and most important medical procedure that women undergo.

Abortions are indispensible to women's rights.

The most important issue facing our nation is an attack upon the sacrosanct right to abortion.

Our media has turned our political discourse into an embarassement.
