The game.
Sep 20th, 2012 at 4:28pm

Obama’s plan, (That he learned from rules for radicals,)  has separated the population so badly, that it is like a game now for the elections. No one is looking at the agenda’s of the people up for election. All they see is democrat, or republican. And each side wants to win. But only one side is right for America. And only one side can see this. The other side ignores all the facts, their suffering and who is causing it, and damn it to hell, their democrat is going to win. Don’t ask them why, because they have no answer. I know, because I have asked several times. I want the guy that is going to create jobs, balance the budget, make SS and Medicare solvent, put our foreign enemies in their place, cut the funding to those countries that are of no use to us and put America first. And that is not Obama.
Oh, and repeal Obamacare that will cost us another trillion or even more, and destroy our best medical system in the world.

What can I say...I am a jerk. From where I am standing democrats and republicans look alike. Sure the policy prescriptions differ a little but the general sophistication of their beliefs are the same. It's mostly emotions that dominate the political arena.

From where I sit, the country cannot stand four more years of the egotistical mental midget in the White House.

I tend to agree.

It is amazing how people can be capable and adept in their professional life, but, put them in the voting both and they become children.

It is a dichotomy that greatly interests me.

Bryan Caplan wrote a book on the subject called "The Myth of the Rational Voter." It was a good read.

He comes to the conclusion that political ignorance is rational.

"Practical men, who believe themselves to be quite exempt from any intellectual influences, are usually the slaves of some defunct economist." J M Keynes

"In the first place, the dichotomy between "theoretical" and "practical" is a false one. In economics, all arguments are theoretical. And, since economics discusses the real world, these theoretical arguments are by their nature "practical" ones as well." M Rothbard

Look at it this way. We know what Obama is about. And it cost us. So no matter who is running against Obama, ( including lady Ga Ga ) lets vote against him. The odds we get two the same in a row are better than shooting ourselves in the foot and voting Obama in again. I think Romney is real. He wont want to ruin his reputation. And he has a great reputation, kind , generous, successful in all he has tried, good moral character and family man. I can't see him as a bold face liar. Now I thought Clinton lied a lot, Obama is making Clinton look like an alter boy as far as lying. Obama plays golf, Clinton played other games. Carter and Obama have a lot in common. We better fire Obama.
