In theory it appears to cause unconsciousness the instant current is applied, according to some of the Obama indoctrinated American Obama doctors.  Who can trust them?

Theoretically, what medical science can tell us at this time is that it causes unconsciousness instantly and unconscious people don't feel pain, yes.

It's cruel and unusual to the rest of us.  As long as it's legal for the state to put citizens to death, there will and have been mistakes. Therefore we too are all deserving of the death penalty.  That's the dichotomy of capital punishment and it is inescapable.
