Concert bucket list

Are there any concerts that you really want to see before you kick the bucket?

Scott says he wants to see Guns & Roses if they play in Las Vegas this year. I'm kinda hesitant about that because, although I like G&R, I only know three of their songs. And one thing I've learned is that concerts kinda suck when you don't know most of the songs. Still, if he wants to go...

I don't think I have any musical acts that are "must see" for me. I've seen a lot of my favorites: Point of Grace, Heart, Mariah Carey, Michael W. Smith, Amy Grant, Jaci Velasquez, Eagles, Journey, Doobie Brothers, Van Halen, AC/DC, Rolling Stones, Elton John, Billy Joel, Bon Jovi, Lynyrd Skynyrd, etc. I wouldn't mind seeing Little Mix, but Scott scoffs at that and thinks I'm not serious.

Any singer or group you really want to see?

It was at Aloha Stadium in 1998. It was their "Bridges to Babylon" tour. It was a pretty good concert. The best part was the exploding pyro that shot off at the end of the concert. That was pretty cool.

I found the setlist:

I've never been big on concerts. I have only been to a few. I won't go to a concert if the band's core lineup isn't there. The Who are  and have always been my favorite band but the drummer died in 1977 and the bassist died in 2002 so why would I bother? The last two concerts I remember are the Beastie Boys and Pink Floyd. I might go see the Stones as they have had the same lineup for decades.

Ut oh, we may be related. The Who and Pink Floyd are way high on my list. I saw The Who first in Tuscaloosa 1971. What a show. Not sure PF would make a good live concert, but they are the center of my favorite Pandora station and they  did go so well with acid.

I saw so many bands during the Pop Festival years that I really limit co

Hehe. When I was that age my dream guy was Sting (the wrestler, not the singer). Smiley
