Why are people single parents?   Why do taxpayers owe it to everyone who has screwed up their life to pay all their bills?

Why do people want the poor to continue to make only 7.75 an hour?

What "people" want is for them to earn what the market says their work is worth.  If they want to earn MORE money, they should improve their skills so that they are more valuable to employers, not look to the government to grant them a political wage by fiat.  What part don't you get?

Back to square 1.  Without any means, it is hard to improve your skills.

I grew up in pretty bad poverty.  I went to a ghetto school that ill-prepared me for university.  But I dug my heels in, caught up academically, and worked about 20 jobs over time to pay my way, including bus boy, door to door salesman, phone solicitor, factory worker, cab driver, truck dispatcher, drove a flower delivery truck.  I never asked for a free ride, was never given one, and neither should any able-bodied person.

What does a "free ride" have to do with anything.  I think you are very confused here.

WHY do the Democrats want to keep the poor people down on the "Government Plantations."

Only a fool think we can give free health care and not have our premiums skyrocket every year.

You've been whimpering for pages about the difficulty in paying for getting skills that allow you to rise above minimum wage.  I explained how I did it, and without the government freebies you libs are so fond of - so most people can do it too.  Blink twice if you get it yet.   Smiley

Sure Roll Eyes

This is your real problem.  You don't believe things can be done so when you hear about our see others getting it done your reaction is to dig in your heals and see if you can bring them down to your level.  You should be trying to figure out how so many others get things done and apply their learned principals to your life.  However it takes work and dedication guts....so good luck.
