Greatest match I've ever seen in person

During our most recent Las Vegas trip, we got to attend the Ring of Honor 15th Anniversary show at Sam's Town Casino. Ring of Honor is sort of an independent wrestling promotion (way, way smaller than the WWE) that is known for having great wrestling matches.

I wanted to go because one of my favorite wrestlers, "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels, was challenging for the ROH World Title that night. Daniels is an 23-year veteran who has starred in many independent promotions but has never won a world title. He is an amazing ring technician and quite a fun character.

Anyway, for the last few years Daniels was in a tag team with one of his real-life best friends, Frankie Kazarian. Their team was called "The Addiction." (In TNA, they were known as "Bad Influence.") They were great tag team champions and were inseparable as a team. Until, that is, Daniels won the right to challenge ROH champion Adam Cole for the company's heavyweight championship.

Then this happened:

Ohs noes! Kazarian betrayed his best friend and joined the evil Bullet Club! Just a couple of weeks before Daniels' title match challenging Bullet Club's Adam Cole!

So that set the stage for last Friday's ROH 15th Anniversary Show, the one we attended. And this happened:

Yay! Awesome! Smiley

We leave the politics and the trolling on the main board.

Its "Sports Entertainment"
It can be in either.

I've only ever been to one show. My dad took me and my mate years ago. I don't know who promoted it but it was a pretty awesome and eclectic roster. The Road Warriors, Ted Dibiase and Carlos Colon were the main guys. Dibiase took a chair shot to the head right in front of me and it was crazy because he didn't blade. The chair ripped him open. The warriors beat the crap out of Colon. That was a bloodbath.

That sounds awesome! I got to see the Road Warriors when they came here for an NWA show. I was just 12 at the time. They faced the Powers of Pain.

Carlos Colon is a legend in Puerto Rico but I don't like him because of his involvement in Bruiser Brody's murder.
