Who Pays Income Taxes? The Rich, Mostly

The wealthiest 1 percent of the population earn 19 perĀcent of the income but pay 37 percent of the income tax. The top 10 percent pay 68 percent of the tab.

Smiley

Taxes for the poor is a savings account they get back at the end of the year. Single mothers get $1000 (Everything they paid) refunds along with the benefits of not using birth control.

Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, when I was dead broke I couldn't picture this.

Everyone who has taxes taking out of their pay checks. Low income get a refund depending on their situation. So often they pay near to none by getting everything they paid that year back. Low middle get a little bit back, some break even and some didn't have enough taking out.

What about have a set amount taking out of a paycheck, no refund and no owed.

So you think that poor working people should pay taxes at the same rate as millionaires?

Yes, and they still get help with food and rent.

However, since they do and always will. Do you think those big refunds go to necessity's? Cause that's all they should go towards. Fix my car or buy some drugs and a Xbox1 should not be an option (Im not talking about all)

You are making assumptions as to what poor people do with their money.  If they are getting help with food and rent, wouldn't it be counter productive to have them pay more taxes when they can otherwise use that money for food and rent?  Fixing or buying a car should be an option since most people need a car to go to work.
