2,139 DACA Recipients Convicted or Accused of Crimes Against Americans

As Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced the end of the Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), from which more than 800,000 un-vetted young illegal aliens have been given protected status and work permits, the number of them who are convicted criminals, gang members, or suspects in crimes remains staggering.

Below, Breitbart News has compiled a list of 50 of the 2,139 DACA recipients, deemed “DREAMers” by the open borders lobby, who have had their temporary protected status revoked due to crimes including: “A felony criminal conviction; a significant misdemeanor conviction; multiple misdemeanor convictions; gang affiliation; or arrest of any crime in which there is deemed to be a public safety concern,” according to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency.

The majority of crimes by DACA recipients include: “Alien smuggling, assaultive offenses, domestic violence, drug offenses, DUI, larceny and thefts, criminal trespass and burglary, sexual offenses with minors, other sex offenses and weapons offenses,” USCIS has stated.

Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros, an illegal alien protected by DACA, was convicted in 2014 of two counts of felony hit and run after she killed two Forest Grove, Oregon, stepsisters — Anna Dieter-Eckerdt and Abigail Robinson ages 6 and 11 respectively — who were playing at the time of the incident, as Breitbart News reported.

A judge also threw out Garcia-Cisneros’ deportation case after her murder conviction.

How many others of these illegal aliens do you suppose just haven't been caught or convicted of the crimes they are committing?  Oh wait, that's right..they'll all just great kids and honor students!

Are they any more "savage" than the average American? Given that America's prison population is close to 1% of its total population, it's quite possible that they are less "savage" than the average American.

For reference 2,139 divided by more than 800,000 will be roughly 0.25%. So the number is fairly small. As a nice little trick, it also includes those who were just accused.

We have enough problems to deal with in this country without taking on the burden of citizens of other countries.

They ought to take the gifts we have given them (such as a good education) and GO HOME and make their own countries GREAT...instead of stealing the jobs and opportunities which belong to the children of American citizen DREAMERS!  Angry

That's not really how math works. When you add people with a propensity to commit crimes that is less than or equal to the average citizen's, the probability of experiencing a crime remains the same or goes down. Further, you can deport these people once they commit crimes, so you don't have to worry about repeat offending. You can easily implement a policy that allows you keep the good while deporting the bad.

There is not a fixed number of jobs available. If you have more people in the economy you are able to employ more people. This is why America has roughly ten times as many jobs as Canada. (Though, allowing dreamers to stay in America may change the distribution of skills. That will have real long term effects.)

You can limit the extent to which dreamers can access welfare-based government services. You can also treat dreamers as "non-residents for tax purposes" which essentially means they face a higher tax rate and don't get to write off as many things as the average American taxpayer. These policies, combined, make it really difficult for them to pay in less than they receive, making them a net contributor to the provision of government services.

The way the system is suppose to work is that after they do their sentence, Immigration is notified and they are then deported.  (they used to have Hearings right in jail or in prison, before  Sanctuary Cities began to ignore the rule of law and follow the tune of a Marxist Du=rummer!

So one fourth of one percent of DACA recipients have been accused of crimes against Americans.

Pretty terrifying.

This whole conversation is silly. What percentage of Americans are the children (or grandchildren, or great grandchildren, etc.) of immigrants? I think the answer is roughly 100%. Except for Native Americans, everyone living in the US today is the "child" of an immigrant. And how many of those original immigrants came here illegally? Since native americans set the rules, then the question is how many came to the US by permission of the then existing native american population? Answer - 0. Everyone in the US who isn't a Native American is here illegally.

And if that stat isn't bad enough, there are about 700,000 veterans currently serving time in prison.  Not just accused, but actually serving.

http://www.nextgov.com/defense/2013/12/va-and-defense-chiefs-confront-reality-70...

Therefore, all veterans are guilty.
