They need to get rid of this "Right to discriminate because of religion" crap.

The real right to discriminate is not found in religion.

It is found in our natural liberty, our self ownership and the institution of private property.

But that's not an argument the courts are likely to accept, but the religious excuse does seem to carry water.

So you are saying that exercising the right is to take advantage of it? And this is bad?

What value does a right have if you cannot exercise it?

The individual says what they will and will not do. It's not about capabilities.

It's about choice and preference.

It's about choice and preference.

You can use that right without discriminating.

How does that work?

Walk me through it.

Can they deny transsexual? Female with something between her legs and a female with nothing between her legs? Two lesbians by transsexual law Wink. If there is something below on one of them, is it really a gay cake?

or

Two people with something below their legs, but the former male now looks like a female.
If they don't notice and make the cake then they're violating their religion and go to hell?

Not being forced to say Marry Christmas, celebrate the holidays for you religion. Only students of a certain religion are allowed to wear hats in school. Tons of other freedoms of religion. But they don't discriminate

You're moving goalposts.

We're not talking about the freedom of religion.

We're talking about the right to discriminate- which is based not in religious freedom but rather in the institution of private property and the idea of natural liberty.

If you are truly free you can refuse service to anyone for any reason.

We're not truly free. You know that.

So the south should be allowed to put their signs back up that say "We serve white only"
