Yes I do, a federal level law would have to meet the criteria of the Constitution.

You really don't know much about our Constitution.. do you?


The pupose of the Constitution was to clearly define and limit the role of the federal government as ageed by the states who created the feds.

I do not always agree that the Supreme Court’s rulings fall in line with the original intent of the founders.

I didn't ask if you agreed with the ruling..  I asked if State Laws have/can be ruled unconstitutional by the SCOTUS?..

The link I posted earlier has dozens of examples of State Laws being ruled unconstitutional..
