Just an admission that there is nothing scientific or evidential about your belief.  It is simply faith.  I've only got a problem with the fake facts you put forward, I don't care what your beliefs are.  I do care that you think they should be codified in government, yet can't produce any evidence that they should be.

Well then we will find out when this is all over.  If the Bible is full of "fake facts" it would be evident in it's history which would make it nothing more then a good book of fiction.

I am discussing, where is the insult?  I do believe you are projecting, especially with the further comment that I'm pivoting.  Wow.

I think you should look in the mirror, or at the very least go back and answer some questions asked of you truthfully.

I explained my remarks.

Yeah.  Now that I am semi-retired, I have to do this kind of stuff on my OWN time.  I used to get paid for it.  Bummer.

The book says as much about salvation being based on faith, and that faith is a gift of God.  I won't delve any further because it's pointless.

As to belief in a Creator, there is ample evidence to support it.  Just look around.  People have believed in a Creator since they became self aware. Even "dummies" like Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin, no less.

Whether Seawolf wants any of that codified into law or not - I don't know.  I know I don't.  And neither did the founders, including the "dummies" Jefferson and Franklin.  I think you may have created a straw man there.

I don't see any call to legislate anything in his signature.

I assumed you understood my intent, next time I will not assume that.  Too many of these conversations you and I have, are not on the same level.

Right, because you go off babbling without being able to follow a conversation or support a point.  Everyone knows it, everyone complains about it.  But sure, it's me.  Right.  LMAO

I tend to forget you are not a student of scripture.  You know just enough to kind of argue or nitpick but you are not at the level I am.

Let me translate for you: "I can't think hard or make rational arguments so I'm going to call you a nitpicker."  Waaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahhaa

I know you took what I said as an insult and it was not meant as an insult.  I have read the bible twice in three years completely through and I read and study almost everyday.  I would safely assume you do not and therefore you have a very, very general understanding so our discussions are not going to be the same level of understanding and again, that is not dissing you.  Willing to bet your hobby or interest you know far more then I do, just a reality and even EF has stated numerous times the same thing.  The Bible is very clear that the gospel of Jesus Christ is foolishness to those who are perishing.  It was to me before my conversion.  You made your statements about the Gospel of John and I offered up my rebuttal using the scriptures from John.
