more flooding...

No, not in the Carolinas -- in Wisconsin.  Catastrophic flooding that just might be related to global warming.

Quote:
For Eric Booth, a climate scientist at the university, the whole thing is almost too much to comprehend. His research project on small stream water temperatures was washed away by the flooding. “The scale of what is happening is absolutely unbelievable to witness,” Booth wrote in an email. Booth’s own calculations showed that rainfall over the past 30 days is an approximately 1-in-1,000 year occurrence, assuming a stable climate. (That, obviously, isn’t a good assumption anymore.)

Thousand year flooding in WI?  Double 500-year rains in TX and MD?  Wildfires out of control in the west?  What's behind all this climate stuff, if not global warming?

Ah, the Walker Paradox...

Yeah, and the GPgp is just an illusion...

Yes, I heard about this. Just goes to show McLame’s true loyalties. Hopefully, Trump won’t go to his funeral very, very soon.

Ah yes, a few unrelated places have some unusual weather.  Must be global warming!

I'm not claiming you are wrong, mind you.  But at least make an argument.

Simply pointing out how some spend almost 100 percent of tbeir energy talking about global warming, claiming to care so much about people and our future and usually these same people (See Laurie David) are jetting around the globe on private jets to shop in London.

Meanwhile there are murders left and right around them right now and they spend no energy on that.

When did the govt start keeping records on the weather and flooding and any other "worst flooding or hottest or coldest or driest ever or in 100 years or you name the amount of time"?

Well, there have been 13 ice ages, cooling and subsequent warming, events in earths history. But I suspect the “official” tracking has taken place in the past 60-70 years. Most global warming charts go back 40-50 years. Probably representative of earths history.

LOL. Was it ever a "good assumption", Wired?
