To me, you are describing yourself.

Let me ask you this. Would a purely conservative judiciary be your preference? What I am asking is if you feel the whole country (which is mostly liberal) should be represented, or just a majority of the minority (conservatives)?

Personally, I could care less.
The Supreme court should be neither left nor right but a group of nine Justices that have a proven track record of upholding the Constitution as it is written.

Fine. Do a full investigation. I think a SCOTUS position is important enough to warrant that. Why don't you?

Holy shit.

Investigate what?  She provided no info that can be used for an investigation.

She provided no evidence, she didn't provide a date, she didn't provide any witnesses whatsoever.

She made an allegation that cannot be proven at all.

You can't seem to understand that there is no possible way to investigate this.

Watched it.  A shotgun is for long ranged shooting.  That is why hunters like them.  An AR-15 is not.  That video was misleading.

How in the world do you investigate something like this?

Imagine this wasn't in the national news and you brought it to a law enforcement office for investigation.

Detective/Agent: Ok boss. What's this?
Commanding Officer: An allegation of a sexual assault.
Detective/Agent: When was it?
Commanding Officer: Almost 40 years ago.
Detective/Agent: What? Cold case? Ok. Must be a doozy. What's the date?
Commanding Officer: We don't know.
Detective/Agent: Um. Well, what year?
Commanding Officer: We're not sure. Early 80s. At some point the victim said mid-80s.
Detective/Agent: Where?
Commanding Officer: Maryland.
Detective/Agent: Anywhere more specific?
Commanding Officer: No.
Detective/Agent: No?
Commanding Officer: No.
Detective/Agent: Let's see the medical reports.
Commanding Officer: There are none. The victim wasn't injured.
Detective/Agent: And the witnesses?
Commanding Officer: The witnesses that the accuser provided already provided sworn statements that they don't recall anything like this happening.
Detective/Agent: Was that because they were all in on it?
Commanding Officer: No. One of them was her best friend, and she says she never even met the accused.
Detective/Agent: Um... Did she tell anybody else about it?
Commanding Officer: Yes!
Detective/Agent: Ok then!
Commanding Officer: But it was three decades later, and she never mentioned the accused by name.
Detective/Agent: ...
Commanding Officer: What are you waiting for? Get your magnifying glass out and start dusting for clues!

Yep.  I'm sure they would be jumping all over it.  If they investigated hard enough they might discover that Kavanaugh did indeed live in Maryland at some point during the early 80's within a 100 mile radius Ford.  50/50 rape right there.

Agreed. He either did assault Ford, or he didn't. Coin flip. 50% chance that he did, because there are two options.

I agree completely. If this farce of a president was the real thing, he would have followed that paradigm, as a first step in bringing this country together.

Ok, let's flip this around.

Since she, to you, is obviously a liar, defaming your angelic candidate, then he should sue for defamation. He was MAD, right? If he is really innocent, then he should make sure this type of behavior does not reoccur.

If he sues, I might change my perspective. I will find it easier to believe that he truly considers himself innocent. But if he does nothing, and allows her accusation to go unchecked, then I believe he is intentionally disregarding this, as you say, horrible precedent, to deflect any further digging into his past.

Fair?

You might want to back that up, but since you have already presumed guilt before there is proof, I am suspecting you will not provide us evidence to support your claim.  It's simply how you feel, that is what is wrong with people like yourself.  Again, how does a Jew like yourself side with the Socialist/Communist movement contained in the Progressive movement?

Again, our system is set up for her to HAVE to prove guilt, you are aware of this in our Constitution?
