Oh gee, Johnny boy.  Put you in your place and you obviously have no rebuttal.   I know exactly what
I am talking about. Don’t take a job you are afraid to do.

Afraid to do? That's not what this is about. Its about getting scared/nervous in certain situations.

Many cops, like in Maine. Don't get put in the same situations cops do in big cities. They'll be less nervous pulling over a bunch of punk kids who are allowed to carry a gun. In Chicago? Big difference when people are dropping every day due to punk kids who aren't suppose to carry.

So do you believe resisting the police is sometimes justified or that we don't need guns to protect ourselves from the agents of a tyrannical government?

When someone has a weapon, you do your best to minimize a conflict that could end your life.  Conflict with an officer could lead to unintended consequences.  That is why we have judges, to resolve these issues.  I would also contend that these situations are not as frequent as many are led to believe.

"Without morals a republic cannot subsist any length of time; they therefore who are decrying the Christian religion, whose morality is so sublime and pure (and) which insures to the good eternal happiness, are undermining the solid foundation of morals, the best security for the duration of free governments."
