How do you not know?

Their plan is the same as the GOP's plan: Talk about it when they're out of power and do nothing about it when they're in power.

Surely this is obvious.

But Archie, that is the MAIN point. This is NOT a business, it is a country. The president can't just say do it, and it gets done, unless he is able to CONVINCE the other side. It's called deal-making, something Trump was supposed to be phenomenal at. Turns out, he's a limp dick.

And what about the first two years of his being in power, when all three branches of government were Republican? Not one mile of wall built. Hillary was not locked up. No coal jobs saved, no steel jobs saved. He has massively underperformed for you, so the only reason you could possibly still like him is that he shares your racist ideology.

Archie I called this - what you are pointing out...trump is racking up the wins...major ones...things the swamp on both sides ignored for decades...and when it comes to the debates, he will have all of these wins on his side...

and the dems have what...fake accusations, crazy pipe dreams (yea, end all private insurance, yea, billionaires will fund all this)...

if I were advising the dems, I'd advise them to get their act together, stop the BS fake accusations that have gone no where, dump the radical element ideas, and put together a contract with america  a la newt gingrich...and get behind that...

that will only serve to make trump do a better job for us all.

Your first link is a dud.

Going to the others, I do not see Trump wins. I see an economy that Trump inherited that Obama created, and Trump is trying to take credit for.

Trump's 5 million jobs, for example, is a yearly trend that started in 2010...under Obama! Why do you only see that final number, and not how it actually came to be.

And the labor force participation rate? Unchanged numbers since Obama. No change at all. Where is the win?

Trump is a salesman, and he is counting on you not digging into what he says. And you are complying.

What, in Trumps previous behavior, as a President AND as a businessman, gives you any hope that he'll go after waste in government? Examples of his overspending throughout his previous life are a long long list.

Was it perhaps the gold toilets?

"Yep...that's the guy that will eliminate wasteful spending.".

Huh

Well said. That's where I'm at with Trump. He's trying to run the Federal government like one of his businesses, personal reward being the sole goal. The obsession with elevating  "business man!" to mean more than profit seeking, is really unhealthy. The government is not a for-profit business, it's for the public good, all the public. We're seeing that disconnect play out over the past couple years.
