Amendment 2010.3

No foreign engagements in an operating area can continue for more than 90 consecutive days without a formal Declaration of War. Any Member of Congress involved in ratifying a Declaration of War shall remain incarcerated for the duration of hostilities or can resign their position and enter military duty. Those that remain incarcerated can remain active in Congress.
