Amendment 2010.4

No elected official shall earn a salary that is greater than the lowest salary paid to the lowest grade enlisted personnel. While in office all housing, transportation, and expenditures shall be provided to the elected official and will not exceed in value the housing, transportation, and expenditures provided to the lowest grade enlisted personnel.

All civilian personnel in government shall be constrained by the same enlistment/commissioning system afforded the military. Civilian pay scales in government shall be 2/3 that of the equivalent rank in military duty.
