All human life is sacred from natural conception until natural death. No elected official can authorize or condone actions involving the taking of another human life with these exceptions: (1) self defense, (2) defense of another, and (3) civil/national defense. Those acting in civil/national defense are only protected by this Amendment if they are acting in accordance to the current Uniformed Code.
