Amendment 2010.6

States in the Union shall send two officials to the United States Senate. One Senator shall be elected by popular vote and serve no more than two consecutive six-year terms. The second Senator shall be appointed by their respective State governor and will serve at their discretion.

Members in the lower house of congress can serve no more than four consecutive two-year terms.

The summation of years in elected office for any person cannot be greater than 16 years.
