ahh how lucky are you :) i'd love to see that
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

my brother-in-law and niece (to be as soon as my live-in girl and i tie-the-knot) are coming to the city this weekend :arrow: she's 6 years-old, so we'll probably watch it's the great pumpkin, charlie brown! and disney's haunted mansion with her :D

yeah, the original salem's lot mini-series by tobe hooper (of texas chainsaw fame) was very scary for me as a young kid in the late 70s :twisted: like you all, the young vampire at the window (an undead ralphie glick) haunted me for years :wink: it was also a much better production than the 2004 tnt version with rob lowe :arrow: although the latter followed the novel more closely :cyclops: i have the newer mini-series on dvd, too :) salem's lot is by far one of my favorite novels :arrow: i have read it many times and it's always fun :D
