I have a Halloween walk where I have to decorate the hallways on Tuesday. So that being said I am going to get stencils like these where they have a black background and white paper and blow them up into giant posters. Then I will be simply painting florescent paint on them to make them glow under blacklight. I am going for creepy carnival theme if you can find any thank you!
