Thanks for the tip but with my inexperianced hands it is almost impossible. I tried a pumpkin kit but the blades broke after a few pieces.
Now that's cheap.

sorry about the cheapness of the carving kit.... my dad does all the pumpkin carving ... not the most artistic person

And I don't like those little saws either. (their too short and made cheap)
What I use is a #2 exacto knife handle - and exacto keyhole saw blades
I carved over 75 pumpkins for a farm last year using only (2) of these blades
